The good people at Surf Ride are starting 2012 off right with Sensory Overload, the first of their quarterly art show series. The art show is on February 4th from 7p-10p at their Oceanside location and is open to all ages! Their will be fresh Mexican food provided by Bull Taco and adult beverages from Pabst Blue Ribbon and Svedka.
If you live anywhere near the ocean you’ve probably had the pleasure of enjoying Kai Neville’s surf films; Modern Collective and Lost Atlas. Kai’s films mix the most progressive surfers on the globe with a mind blowing visual experience. He is truly an innovator and a leader in the future of surf films. We are honored to be able to feature Kai Neville on WLC. Enjoy.
Charles Bergquist is not your typical director and photographer, he has a very unique style that combines vivid colors with elegant imagery. Charles has worked with clients both big and small, and continues to push his boundaries by constantly creating new work. Comune outdid themselves this time with Jimmy Fontaine’s solo exhibit, Everything Went Black. Free booze, food, and good times were had by all.
As we stumbled upon Lou Mora’s website a few weeks ago, we thought to ourselves…why have we never met Lou and why haven’t we seen his work before. We began to list all the reason’s why we should know Lou; he’s from San Diego, takes amazing photos (some of which are of people we know), believes “less is more”, enjoys clear water and salty air…
